Whether you’ve been struggling with pregnancy issues or just want to prepare consciously to give birth to your baby, working 1:1 in a mentorship capacity with a Doula and Clinical Herbalist gives you the best chance! During our time together, we will deep dive into your health history, addressing your past and current health issues with plant medicine, work through your fears and unpack myths about pregnancy and birth, learn how to use herbs and nutrition safely and effectively, optomize your energy, prepare for birth, and develop health healthy habits which all lead to YOUR readiness for welcoming your baby and embracing motherhood.
