WEEK 2: Common Womb Woes - a look at ‘infertility’ health concerns and ways to heal naturally

WEEK 3: Coping with Loss - unpacking the world of pregnancy loss, an opportunity to share, feel heard, and how to find hope

WEEK 4: Holistic Fertility Wellness - healthy nutrition, sleep, and movement habits to optimize your fertility!

WEEK 5: Coping with Stress and Overwhelm - strategies for dealing with the mental load and the overwhelm, including discussion around neurodivergent families

WEEK 6: Sacred Sex and Intimacy - connecting with yourself and/or partner, defining intimacy, creating intentional practices to conceive

WEEK 7: Celebration + Community - celebrating your pregnancy and where to find other likeminded women and families to support you in your journey

WEEK 8: Oracle Cards, Meditation, and Reiki - treat yourself in our final session with a personalized oracle card pull, a group meditation, and some distance Reiki so you can enter this next chapter refreshed and ready to conceive naturally!

  • Each week we meet online. We catch up and then dive into that weeks topic. There’s always time for a Q and A.

  • Empowered Fertility is a weekly online meet-up that runs for 8 weeks. Check session details and our event calendar for exact dates.

  • EF is 8 weeks long! Multiple sessions will run throughout the year so check the calendar for the next session and make sure you get on our email list for first dibs at a spot.

  • In 2023 all of our programs are $111. We also offer pay what you can with a variety of options to suit your budget.

  • Any plant medicine we chat about is not included but is likely something I can make for your or find you a reliable and organic source of.

  • Our calls are 1 hour long each week.

  • Please know that when you sign up, you have access to a ton of beautifully curated knowledge that I’ve spent hours pouring myself into and pouring my educational and experience-based knowledge into. I wanted to offer a relatively low cost opportunity for people to learn about plant medicine, but still contribute to the work that I’ve done so for now, there are no refunds offered.
