Hey! I’m Nessa :)

I’m Nessa Hayes—birth keeper, clinical herbalist, medicine woman, energy healer, mother. Over the past decade, I’ve guided families through pregnancy, birth, and the fourth trimester. I bring every tool I have—knowledge, intuition, plant medicine, and hands-on guidance—to help couples step fully into their birth story and early parenthood.

I work with families who are ready to show up, make intentional choices, and trust their power together. This work is for those who are done leaving birth and parenting to chance.I believe birth is a sacred act of radical responsibility and that preparation is essential.

My work is about unlearning everything the system told you to believe—and remembering that this is your birth, your baby, your experience. I’m just here to walk beside you, offer the tools, and help you come home to yourself in the process.

When I’m not supporting women, I’m in the garden, making medicine, or hanging with my preteens—staying rooted in the motherhood as best I can.
