Is your dish soap safe?

Are you ready to switch out your dish soap for something natural and zero waste?

We wash dishes every day in our homes. Sometimes multiple times. There was a time where we felt safe using products off the shelves, but, thankfully, we know now that we need to ask a few more questions about what we’re putting on and in our bodies. Conventional dish soap can smell nice and look colourful, but it also leaves chemical residue behind on your dishes and glasses which can present significant health concerns over the long-term.

The Environmental Working Group (EWG) has evaluated 326 dish soaps most of which scored 65% a D or an F on their safety scale. Without getting into all the details about which chemicals are in which soals, why not choose a natural option and avoid anything toxic and harmful?

Our dish soap bar will blow your mind with how lush and sudsy it feels and how clean your dishes will be after your first wash!

This solid kitchen soap works best when you wet your sponge, brush, or cloth and then load up with soap using the dish bar with a rubbing motion. A little bit goes a long way which means you have to replace your bar less often and you can feel good about using natural products on the kitchen tools your family uses every day.

For a sink full od dishes, put the dish bar under the warm or hot water for a few seconds and give it a once over. Fill up the sink as you would do to scrub the dishes and go to town! It won’t be as bubbly as name brand liquid soaps from the grocery store but they will still be nice and clean!

Ingredients in our soap include coconut oil and eucalyptus essential oil.

Make the switch!
