An eclipse shift - a new workshop has emerged!

Earlier this week, I was wrestling with what to do with my prenatal education course, Radical Birth. I was walking in the woods with a friend, discovering that coltsfoot, and it was like BOOMMMMMM! Hello! Let the plants lead. I had let the comfort zone of my Doula work be the leader and I hadn’t even written the plants into the course yet. That walk helped me see where I needed to shift gears.

Truth be told. I had this course come to me years ago and it’s been trying to come out to play, but there’s always been a snag — something that gets in the way. At first, I attributed it to imposter syndrom and my nervousness as a small business owner, but now I see it’s meant to become a mentorshop opportunity. It’s not about giving birth, it’s about a lifetime of using herbs to support us as the mother. So, I’m sitting with that and letting it come together in the way it wants to, with the plants leading the way.

Birthing Radical Souls into the practice it’s meant to be has been a wild ride, and I thank you deeply for being here with me as I move through the birth canal into the world.

Instead of Radical Birth Prenatal Ed on May 6th, I’m offering a new workshop! Spill the Tea

I’m letting the plants lead and we’re going to explore tea blending!

Hands-on herbal tea blending workshop. Learning how to prepare herbal teas can feel totally overwhelming at first, but, let’s literally spill some tea and taste test a bunch of herbs so you can learn which ones taste nice together, and help you feel good! Spill the tea will leave you feeling confident enough to blend teas at home, safely. BONUS! You get to bring your own custom blend home.

This workshop takes place in Peterborough Ontario at Camp Kawartha. All participants will receive an email to confirm their attendance with location and parking information.

Any questions? Send me a message on instagram or email me radicalsoulswellness@gmail.com

Even if I missed the boat and no one signs up, I’m going to keep my booking and enjoy the space and see what it has to offer. There are beautiful trails all around Camp Kawartha, so if you’ll join me, we can also take a meander through the woods looking for spring medicine after.
