The Radical Mom Social Club is a free monthly postpartum support group in Peterborough, Ontario, led by Doula Nessa Hayes of Radical Mother Wellness.
Created for moms who want a place to drop in, connect with other mothers, and talk honestly about what life is really like after having a baby.
Bring your breastfeeding questions. We can troubleshoot sleepless nights, cranky babies, feeding challenges, postpartum recovery, or the thing you’re wondering, “Is this normal?”
We’ll talk about postpartum healing, breastfeeding, birth, newborns, adjusting to motherhood, relationships, identity, and the many changes that come with becoming a mom.
Sometimes we’ll share a birth story. Sometimes we’ll have a conversation around a particular topic. And sometimes we’ll simply sit together and talk.
