Herbal Benefits of Masala Chai
One of my favourite me-time rituals is to heat some milk with my chai blend! I didn’t know this until recently, but Chai tea is actually a misnomer. Chai is a Hindi word meaing tea, so, we’re all just walking around ordering tea tea from our favourtie coffee shops. Oh dear!
Masala chai is a more accurate name and means “spiced tea”. Masala Chai has been a staple in Indian households for longer than anyone has record of.
Radical Souls has created our own blend of Masala Chai with aromatic spices to awaken the senses and provide quite the kick! Spicy ginger leads the way with this one but each herb offers us a beautiful balance of digestive and warming qualities
