Hey! I’m Nessa :)

I work with women who feel deep down that there has to be another way—through pregnancy, birth, and the messy, but beautiful beginning of motherhood.

This isn’t your typical birth prep. I offer childbirth education that actually tells the truth, 1:1 Birth Doula Support in Peterborough, Durham Region, and the Kawarthas, that keeps you at the centre, and supportive herbal remedies along the way. It’s all about helping you birth and mother on your terms—with your voice, your power, and your instincts.

I believe birth is a sacred act of radical responsibility and that preparation is essential.

My work is about unlearning everything the system told you to believe—and remembering that this is your birth, your baby, your experience. I’m just here to walk beside you, offer the tools, and help you come home to yourself in the process.

When I’m not supporting women, I’m in the garden, making medicine, or hanging with my preteens—staying rooted in the motherhood as best I can.
